Our History
We are a small family-owned business, originally established in 1993 as Gosad, Peter Rom, s.p. In 2024, we transitioned into Gosad d.o.o. The company has a rich history and extensive experience in the fruit trade industry. Our business began with trading fresh berries.
Reshaping Our Offer
Over the years, we have adapted to market changes and the evolving needs of our customers. This led us to make a key decision to discontinue reselling fresh produce and shift our strategy toward frozen fruit. This product offers a long shelf life, ease of use, and the ability to preserve nutrients over time.
Expansion of Product Range
n addition to frozen fruit, we also offer fruit purees and concentrates suitable for industrial applications such as the production of juices, ice cream, smoothies, culinary creations, and baked goods. Many of our products are also available in organic versions, certified with the appropriate certifications.
Freeze-Dried Fruit
In 2022, we began producing freeze-dried fruit. Lyophilization preserves the original color, texture, and nutrients, making it an ideal choice for customers seeking healthy snack alternatives.

Specifications and manufacturer analyses are available for all products. In addition, we ensure an uninterrupted cold chain (–18°C) and full traceability, enabling product recalls if they do not comply with HACCP requirements.
