1. Delivery Methods
All orders are delivered within Slovenia through our contracted partner DPD or via our own delivery service (Gosad delivery). We also offer personal pickup upon prior notice and arrangement.
2. Personal Pickup and Our Own Delivery
- Pickup of all products is possible at our location by prior arrangement with us.
- If the customer's distance makes it difficult to pick up frozen items, we can meet at a prearranged location by agreement.
- The time and place of pickup are determined based on our weekly delivery schedule throughout Slovenia.
- Personal pickup and our delivery service are free of charge.
3. Delivery via DPD
- Non-frozen items are delivered via DPD throughout Slovenia.
- Each DPD shipment includes a tracking number.
- Standard delivery time: 1–2 working days from the shipping date.
- Orders placed before 11:00 AM are processed and shipped the same day.
- In case of delivery delays after the package is handed over, DPD assumes responsibility.
4. Delivery Costs
- DPD delivery costs €4.00.
- An additional fee of €0.80 applies for cash on delivery.
- Delivery is free for all orders over €50.
5. Delivery of Frozen Products
- For larger orders of frozen products, we provide delivery with an uninterrupted cold chain to the selected address.
- We reserve the right to change the minimum quantity required for such delivery depending on market conditions.
6. International Delivery
Delivery is only available within the Republic of Slovenia. At the moment, we do not offer international shipping.
