3. Availability of Information
The provider commits to always making available to the customer: company details, product delivery conditions, all prices clearly and unambiguously, payment methods and conditions, validity period of the offer, and the right to withdraw from the contract.
4. Product Offer
Our offer includes freeze-dried fruit, deep-frozen fruit, and some other items intended for the food industry. All products are clearly labeled with a description, ingredients, expiration date, and storage instructions.
5. Prices
All prices in the online store are expressed in EUR and include VAT. The price displayed at checkout applies upon purchase confirmation. The provider reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

8. Product Pickup and Delivery
- All products can be picked up at our location by prior notice and agreement with us. If the customer's distance prevents them from picking up frozen items at our location, we are willing to meet the customer at a pre-agreed location. The pickup time and place are determined according to the weekly regular delivery schedule across the country.
- For larger orders of frozen products, we offer delivery with an uninterrupted cold chain to the desired address. We reserve the right to change the minimum quantity required for delivery without prior notice, depending on market conditions.
- Delivery of non-frozen items is provided through our contractual partner DPD. The delivery cost is clearly stated at checkout and may change at any time depending on market conditions. The usual delivery time is 1–3 working days from receipt of payment. If the package has been handed over to the courier service and is not delivered on time, the courier partner assumes responsibility. All orders placed by 11 AM will be handed over to the courier on the same day. We cover the delivery cost if the order amount exceeds the required threshold. We reserve the right to change the amount required for free shipping at any time without prior notice.
9. Contract Withdrawal and Returns
The consumer (natural person) has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason.
The return is possible only if the product has not been opened or used. Frozen and perishable goods cannot be returned unless they were damaged upon receipt.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
10. Complaints and Material Defects
The customer must inspect the goods immediately upon receipt. In case of damage or material defects (e.g., incorrectly packed item), contact us immediately at info@gosad.si with evidence (photos, description).
11. Personal Data Protection
Your personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR. The data is used solely for the purpose of order processing and will not be shared with third parties, except with the delivery service for delivery purposes. More information is available in the Privacy Policy.
12. Disclaimer
The provider strives to keep the website information up-to-date and accurate but does not take responsibility for potential errors in content, prices, or delivery times. We reserve the right to change information without prior notice.
13. Dispute Resolution
The provider and the customer will strive to resolve any disputes amicably. In case of legal proceedings, the court with jurisdiction at the provider’s registered office will be competent.
