Homemade granola with freeze-dried apples and warm spices
Homemade granola with freeze-dried apple cubes is an excellent choice for a healthy breakfast or a crunchy snack. Compared to store-bought versions, it is free from unnecessary additives, rich in fiber, and has a natural flavor. Cinnamon, ginger, and cloves provide an aromatic, warm note that makes the granola pleasant and balanced.
For the most pronounced flavor and nice crunchiness, we recommend using freeze-dried apple cubes, which should be mixed in only at the end, once the granola has cooled down.

Nutritional Value of Homemade Granola
This homemade granola is a good source of complex carbohydrates, dietary fiber, and healthy fats. Oats provide energy and a long-lasting feeling of fullness, while flax seeds and walnuts add omega-3 fatty acids. Freeze-dried apples contain natural fruit sugars and fiber, and the spices contribute antioxidant properties in addition to flavor. Due to its balanced composition, granola is suitable as a nutritious breakfast or energy snack.
